Database Update Submissions

Only the member or officer of a team may update the information for a particular member.  Only an officer of a team or council will be allowed to update the information for their team or council. 

We will be tracking the membership numbers and persons claiming to have submitted updates, to help prevent fraudulent entries.  All entries will be manually checked for accurance before being applied to the live database.

Before you complete one of the forms, please get your membership card out so that you can enter your team charter number and individual membership number when requested.  Please supply your e-mail address so that we may more easily contact you for verification or clarification in the event that questions arrise about what has been submitted.
